Industry news ATK Names Top 2012 Dealers TK recently presented its top dealer awards for 2012. Palmetto State Armory was named 2012 ATK Dealer of the Year. Based in Columbia, S.C., the young retail store has seen tremendous growth in its four-year history, rapidly expanding to three locations and employing more than 100 people. “In 2012, Palmetto State Armory experienced triple-digit sales growth for our ATK brands, including BLACKHAWK!, RCBS, Champion, Outers and Weaver,” said Jim Bruno, ATK senior director of distribution sales. “This is a huge honor to win one of the biggest awards in the shooting industry. Palmetto State Armory has had a fantastic year, and a lot of our success is due to the great support from ATK and our Jones & Co. sales rep, Matt Landsea,” said Jamin McCallum, Palmetto State Armory owner. Shoot Straight, with stores across Florida, received the BLACKHAWK! 2012 Dealer of the Year Award. During 2012, Shoot Straight had a sales increase of 98 percent over 2011.
