Industry news FMG Presents $94,000 To Support NSSF’s First Shots F MG Publications presented a check for $94,000 to NSSF’s First Shots program at the 2012 SHOT Show State of the Industry dinner. The money was raised at the 2009, 2010 and 2011 Shooting Industry Masters. Randy Molde, Masters chairman, and Russ Thurman, publisher and editor of Shooting Industry magazine, presented the check to Bob Scott, chairman of the NSSF board of governors, and Steve Sanetti, NSSF president. “The NSSF’s First Shots program is something we truly believe in,” Sanetti said. “This is a very expensive, labor-intensive program, and it wouldn’t be possible without donations from good friends and industry supporters. One of the biggest supporters has been FMG Publications and the Shooting Industry Masters.” “We’re thrilled to have this opportunity to support First Shots and everything it stands for,” Molde said. “We understand that it’s important to bring in new shooters to the sport and new customers to our businesses. And we have an outstanding time when we do the Shooting Industry Masters — we probably have more fun than is legal! We invite all of you to this year’s match.” The 2012 Shooting Industry Masters will be held July 20-21 at SI DIGITAL Hot Link From left, Russ Thurman, Shooting Industry magazine, and Randy Molde, Masters chairman, present a $94,000 check to Bob Scott, chairman of the NSSF Board of Governors and Steve Sanetti, NSSF president. the Rockcastle Shooting Center in Kentucky.
