Industry news P Para USA Relocates Customer Service ara USA announces the relocation of its customer service operations to its North Carolina headquarters. The center became operational on June 1, and includes service for all Para USA and ParaOrdnance firearms. The relocation of the center to Pineville (near Charlotte) is part of the continuing consolidation of Para’s operations to its new North Carolina home, and is expected to improve service turnaround time. To return a firearm to Para, the owner must call Para’s customer service department to request a return authorization number. All firearms shipments should have a clear, concise letter explaining the reason they are being returned. Officials say it is essential that firearms or magazines being returned are unloaded. Para requests that no cartridges accompany a firearm. Para USA continues to honor its Lifetime Gold Medallion Service policy for all original owners of Para and Para-Ordnance firearms purchased after Jan. 1, 2001.
