Heath is a member of the Remington Pro Staff, and says one of her favorite guns to shoot is the Remington R-15. “I love the R-15,” she said. “It’s so much fun to shoot.” Another one of Heath’s favorite guns is the Remington VERSA MAX. “The VERSA MAX is a great shotgun,” she said. “I can put it through anything and it still shoots.” Heath admits she’s put her VERSA MAX through the wringer this season, from being banged around in the bottom of a boat to actually being dropped in the water. “No matter what, it still shoots,” she said. The Remington VERSA MAX has many qualities that make it perfect for women. What makes the VERSA MAX unique is Remington’s patented VersaPort gas-piston system. It is a semiauto operating system consisting of seven gas ports and two gas pistons. This system reduces this 12-gauge’s felt recoil to that of a 20-gauge.
