SilencerCo Launches “Silencers Are Legal” S ilencerCo has launched a new website, www.silencersarelegal.com (“Silencers Are Legal”), to provide information on the benefits of owning a suppressor/ silencer, how to legally obtain one and what to do to help make silencers legal in states where they are not permitted. “There is so much misinformation and lack of knowledge when it comes to suppressors and silencers that we felt the best way to help educate and provide informa- tion was to launch this website,” said Josh Waldron, CEO of SilencerCo. The new website recognizes the IP addresses of users and adjusts the content according to their respective state laws. The site covers history, benefits, ownership details, FAQs and a dealer map. The site provides the forms and other information needed when contacting the ATF. For more information, visit www.silencerco.com or www.silencersarelegal.com.
