The rifles feature the Pro-Fire accuracy-enhancing trigger, Soft-Tech recoil pad and a lightweight pillar-bedded synthetic stock. The Pro-Fire trigger can be set to break at 2 1/2 lbs. An inhouse Marlin design, the Pro-Fire trigger release prevents movement of the trigger until it is depressed. Other features include a fluted bolt, steel sling swivel studs, pillar bedding, checkered bolt handle and recessed barrel crown. Sabre’s Competition Extreme 5.56mm is designed for close-quarter shots, with 45-degree rails mounted to a Sabre free-float hand guard.
