Stag Arms Donates Rifles S tag Arms has donated two tactical rifles to the Southington (Conn.) Police Department for use by the Emergency Response Team. Mark Malkowski, president of Stag Arms, made the presentation and visited with police officers as they test fired the weapons. “These men spend every day protecting not only the citizens of this town, but also themselves.
