NASGW also presented the Chairman’s Award for Industry Leadership, which recognizes an individual, company or organization for distinguished service to the shooting sports industry. The 2011 Chairman’s Award for Industry Leadership was presented to Hewitt Grant, chairman of the board of United Sporting Companies. Grant was honored for “his 40-plus years of outstanding performance to the sporting goods industry.” This year’s NASGW Expo & Annual Meeting will be held Nov. 6-9, 2012 at Orlando World Center Marriott Resort, Orlando, Fla. The 2013 expo will be held Oct. 29-Nov. 1 at the Gaylord Texan Hotel and Resort, Grapevine, Texas.
