Redding Reloading Flash Hole Deburring Tools Redding offers two tools for the removal of flash hole burrs. The Universal tool is for .22 to .338 cases that have .080" flash holes. The tool controls the cutting depth with a built-in stop and has a cross-drilled hole for chip relief. The small tool is designed for .17 to .20 cases with .060" flash holes.
