Autry T he Range at Lake Norman in North Carolina is the first range in the state to receive the Five Star designation from NSSF. To make the honor even more distinctive, the facility earned its Five Star status in its first full year of operation — faster than any other Five Star range currently holding the title. “It is an honor to be recognized as a top range,” said Tricia Sisson, co-owner and CEO of The Range at Lake Norman. “We have a highly trained, dedicated staff and a clean, inviting facility. Our customers continuously tell us the range is beautiful, and our people are the friendliest, most helpful in the industry. We are so pleased the NSSF has recognized the effort our staff puts into the day-to-day operation of the range, the newest and most technologically advanced facility in the Charlotte region.” Trish Stukbauer, co-owner, touted the range’s emphasis on serving the customer. “It’s an incredible feeling to be the first Five Star range in North Carolina,” Stukbauer said. “We pride ourselves on providing the ultimate customer entertainment experience, and that obviously showed through to the evaluators from the NSSF.
