NSSF he SHOT Show returns to Orlando, Fla., in 2009, with show organizers emphasizing that the event’s focus is on increasing business for the industry. The “The SHOT Show isn’t just a big gun show,” said Steve Sanetti, president of the National Shooting Sports Foundation (NSSF). “Each year, we expand the programs, the size of the show and the types of exhibitors. It needs to be a new and fresh experience every year, particularly for those who come back year after year. The theme is to remind people that each year the show is different, even if it’s in the same location.” Sanetti says each show isn’t just a rehash of the year before.
