The one-piece, injection-molded holsters are constructed of a polymer blend. The SERPA Technology lock engages the handgun’s trigger guard. A speed cut in the lead edge of the holster allows a more rapid presentation and easier re-holstering. The SERPA Sportster holsters accommodate multiple models from Glock, Colt, Springfield and Smith & Wesson, with additional models coming soon. New from BlackHawk Blades are the HawkHook, XSF Micro and XSF Punch Dagger. The HawkHook, a rescue tool, features a stainless-steel folding blade that includes a recessed cutting edge, straight serrated cutting edge, glass breaker, flat screwdriver/pry tip, bottle opener and wire stripper. The XSF Micro is a tripleedge blade of stainless steel, with black Teflon coating. It has a full tang and textured G-10 handle scales. Blade length is 3.2", overall length is 6.2" and it comes with an injection-molded nylon sheath with neck chain. The XSF Punch Dagger has a 3.85" blade, with an overall BlackHawk length of 5.27". It comes with Sportster an injection-molded nylon neck B sheath and chain. In flashlights, BlackHawk introduces the Ally BlackHawk Ally PL3 XTR PL3 XTR, which features a 3-watt CREE LED, producing 110 lumens. It operates on two CR123A batteries and performs at full brightness for one hour, weighs 4.7 oz. with batteries and is 5.25" long. The Sentinel PL3 XTR from BlackHawk features the 3-watt CREE LED and produces 65 lumens of light on one CR123A 3-volt lithium battery. The compact 3.75"-long light’s run time is one hour. Also from BlackHawk is the Ally PLR, a rechargeable LED that produces over 85 lumens of light. Featuring the 3-watt CREE LED, the Ally PLR uses a Samsung lithium-ion 3.6-volt rechargeable battery, with an included AC/DC charger. BlackHawk Warrior Wear is expanding its boot line with the ZW5 and ZW7 Side-Zip waterproof boot, available in 5" or 7" heights. Built on Vibram Multisport oil-resistant TC4+ compound outer sole with large, open lugs for traction control, the boots also feature a long-wearing, water-friendly PU mid-sole. Blackhawk’s Dynamic Entry division offers new tools for 2008. The new Mini Break-N-Rake, designed for close-quarter window entries, has features comparable with its larger counterpart in only a quarter of the size. The Tactical Breaching Saw keeps the operator at a safe distance while cutting inspection holes. It’s 64" long and weighs 9.5 lbs.
