Given my druthers, I’ll take red meat and spuds for most of my meals. I guess that’s why I like Ruger firearms so much, they appeal to the meat and potatoes in me. Ruger doesn’t manufacture fancy or artsy types of guns generally. They make what many of us call meat and potatoes types of firearms — guns you can depend on, and guns you don’t mind getting dirty, or well-used and even abused at times. Ruger just released their new LC9, 9mm sub-compact pistol.
